William Anthony was born on the Caribbean island Bonaire.

As a young boyscout his talent for singing and acting was discovered. Around 1972 he started to sing in a schoolband and in the local church choir.

The Antillean daily morning newspaper EXTRA proclaimed him in the year 1977 as the Most Promising Artist of the Netherlands Antilles.

He is declared by the State Department of San Juan Puerto Rico as Distinguish Guest of Puerto Rico in 1984.

He played in 1979 the part of Marco in the Dutch t.v. series Duel In De Diepte and also walked on next to various actors, like Sir John Gielgud in The Tempest.

Another dream became true when in 1992 he released his single: A Helping Hand and later (1998) Music from Bonaire.

His book Musika Maestro has been published in May 2002.
