Draft blurb: 'what do you mean discrimination?'

William Anthony @ iTunes He had two problems. The first: he was black, he was gay, he was intelligent and he was quite stubborn. The second: he wanted gladly a job by the GVB, the Amsterdam municipality public transportation service. But that last one could and might apparently not. Although he turn on turn succeeded for the examinations that he had to take off, became him a fixed job by the GVB denied.

But why?

Because, those who by the GVB on all sorts of levels had to give leadership, allowed that he because of its homosexuality through colleagues continuously were nagged and blacken. Gay hatred in short - in the most vicious form.

The leadership of the GVB made in these situation a strange choice. One let after the GVB' ers that made themself guilty at these violation of Article 1 of the Constitution, to penetrate that what they did was illegitimate and that the nagging thus had to stop. Instead of that chose the GVB-leadership for the perpetrators. The victim became declared as guilty. This turned finally on an almost laughable - only about that not less sad - show, by which through an Amsterdam government service hundred manhours were spent at the question: How can we discharge this stubborn gay?'

'What do you mean discrimination?' describes the agony of a black homosexual citizen of amsterdam, who only wanted to be nice and just do his job.

Although he tells his story with the necessary humor and resignation, is it in fact a horrible history - happening in the as tolerantly named Amsterdam.
